Hyperfly Philippines Shipping Policy

Shipping Provider:

  • Philippines: All orders are fulfilled by LBC, J&T, or local couriers, which provide insurance.
  • International: Orders are shipped via UPS.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Nationwide Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders across the Philippines.
  • International Shipping: ₱1,000 flat rate (or equivalent in local currency) for orders shipped to Asia & Pacific regions.
  • All taxes and duties will be shouldered by the customer.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders will be shipped before 12 PM.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • During holidays or peak seasons, please allow an additional 2-3 days for order processing and delivery.

Delivery Time:

Philippines:

  • Manila: 5-7 business days.
  • Cebu: 5-7 business days.
  • Provincial Areas: 5-7 business days.

International (Asia & Pacific) – Shipped via UPS:

  • Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam: 5-7 business days.

Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through the order invoice via email.

Address Changes:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Address changes cannot be made after the order is processed.
