Hyperfly Philippines Shipping Policy
Shipping Provider:
- Philippines: All orders are fulfilled by LBC, J&T, or local couriers, which provide insurance.
- International: Orders are shipped via UPS.
Shipping Rates:
- Free Nationwide Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders across the Philippines.
- International Shipping: ₱1,000 flat rate (or equivalent in local currency) for orders shipped to Asia & Pacific regions.
- All taxes and duties will be shouldered by the customer.
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders will be shipped before 12 PM.
- Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.
- During holidays or peak seasons, please allow an additional 2-3 days for order processing and delivery.
Delivery Time:
Philippines:
- Manila: 5-7 business days.
- Cebu: 5-7 business days.
- Provincial Areas: 5-7 business days.
International (Asia & Pacific) – Shipped via UPS:
- Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam: 5-7 business days.
Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through the order invoice via email.
Address Changes:
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Address changes cannot be made after the order is processed.
