Hyperfly Philippines Return/Refund Policy

We accept returns for defective or damaged products.
Returns due to change of mind, including wrong sizing, are not accepted.
International orders can be returned or exchanged; however, the customer is responsible for all shipping and import costs both ways.

The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
Gis must include the original gi bag.
Any stains, signs of use, or damage will void the return at the customer's expense.
Domestic returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt, while international returns must be shipped within 14 days once the return is initiated.
For international orders, items must have been purchased from www.hyperfly.ph.

- Provide your order number, a description of the defect or reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Shipping the Return:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- For domestic returns, ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
- For international returns, customers must cover all shipping and import costs.
Store Credit & Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Approved domestic returns will be issued store credit equivalent to the purchase price within 7-10 business days.
- Approved international returns may be eligible for exchange or store credit, depending on the situation.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.

Products purchased during specials or sale events are final and are not eligible for replacements or returns.
