Hyperfly Philippines Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns for defective or damaged products.
- Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of the product.
Return Process:

- Provide your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and photos if possible.

Shipping the Return:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Store Credit:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Approved returns will be issued store credit equivalent to the purchase price within 7-10 business days.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.
