Hyperfly Philippines Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns for defective or damaged products.
  • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of the product.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • Email info@hyperfly.ph or call +63 968 536 6830 to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and photos if possible.
  2. Shipping the Return:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Store Credit:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • Approved returns will be issued store credit equivalent to the purchase price within 7-10 business days.
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.
